White Lotus Death Prediction Rec:

Greg - 3 seasons is enough.

Show Rec:

The White Lotus - I pray to the good lord many of you have the chance to experience this show. Now on season 3, the cast finds themselves in Thailand. The season finale airs this Sunday, April 6th. Buckle up, and keep your eyes on the monkeys.

Podcast rec:

Prof G Markets - S/o to @bradjackley for this recommendation. If you’re a fan of tariffs, this isn’t the pod for you. Hosted by Scott Galloway (age 60) and Ed Elson (age 26), I’ve been enjoying their generational banter around the economic movement of America.

Scott was also a recent cameo having a chat with Lucius Malfoy (Jason Isaacs) himself on The White Lotus.

YouTube Rec:

London 2000 vs 2025 running prep - One of the better pieces of content I’ve seen this month. Poking fun at the intense gear-focused health culture we have created. While innovations in wellness, gear, and discipline are essential for our growth. The truth is getting better takes effort and grit, nothing else.

Album Rec:

Surrender - Rufus Du Sol - For those of you who are already familiar with the album & artist, you’re welcome for refreshing it in your mental inbox. It still rocks.

For those of you new to this album, artist, and genre. You’re also welcome. This album is an amazing introduction to the soft EDM genre. If you’ve had your doubts or been afraid of EDM in the past, now is the time.

Book Rec:

The 5 Types of Wealth - Sahil Bloom

I’ll be transparent, I was scrolling X and noticed a tweet from Bill Ackman recommending this book. He mentions only recommending one other book on X, this book being ‘Outlive’ by Peter Attia.

As I previously read Attia’s book and feel the same way, I figured ‘The 5 Types of Wealth’ is worth a purchase.

I’m mid-read, but I love the writing style and the message thus far. It provides entertaining examples and actionable changes readers can make in their pursuit of true wealth.

Quote to consider:

"If you want to make the wrong decision, ask everyone." - Naval Ravikant

This is probably an oversimplification. A better line might be, “If you want to make the right decision, ask someone who has successfully achieved what you’re trying to do before.”

Often we seek advice from people because they are friends or family and are easy to talk to instead of seeking more difficult to reach or uncomfortable counsel from those that may actually be able to help.
