Thanks, Han Solo. We’re aligned.
While data is great, it should inform, not make decisions.

Show Rec:
Andor - Perhaps, the best piece of Star Wars content created since 1983. This show is doing what Star Wars has failed to do for decades: keep it real. No more CGI, synthetic worlds, and lack of plotline. Andor combines character development, political battles against the grasp of tyranny, and an epic embrace of the natural world. It’s a show worthy of a featured spot on Sunday night, max (HBO).To sweeten the pot, there’s even a Skarsgård. Season 1 is widely available, and season 2 is in the early stages of its release.
Song Rec:
Big Iron - Marty Robbins. An old school tune fit for a country bar in the 60s. Get those toes ready for tappin' and knees ready for slappin'.
Poem to consider:
If—. Excerpt below. Full poem by Rudyard Kipling here.
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:
…
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!
